Program Description

Citizens’ Bridge operates as a program dedicated to facilitating the acquisition of essential documents and services for its clients, including Canadian birth certificates, bank accounts establishment, and enrollment in the Adult Driver Training Course. While we provide guidance on the process of obtaining various forms of identification, such as MPI photo ID cards, SCIS cards, MMF cards, and Manitoba Health Cards, it’s important to note that we do not produce any form of identification.

Our collaboration extends to over a hundred community organizations and Manitoba Employment and Income Assistance, enabling us to reach low-income individuals seeking assistance with identification, bank account establishment, and driver education.

Our address: 607 Selkirk Ave.

Hours of operation: Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-12pm and closed daily for lunch from 12pm-1pm
