Citizen’s Bridge

Program Description

Citizens’ Bridge is a program supporting clients in acquiring Canadian birth certificates, bank accounts, and the Adult Driver Training Course. We can assist in understanding the process of acquiring other identifications, such as MPI photo ID cards, SCIS cards, MMF cards, and Manitoba Health Cards. Please note: we do not produce ID of any kind. We work in cooperation with over a hundred community organizations and Manitoba Employment and Income Assistance. Our goal is to connect with low income individuals who are looking for identification, a bank account, and employment skills.

Our address: 607 Selkirk Ave.

Hours of operation: Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-12pm and closed daily for lunch from 12pm-1pm
