Program Description

The Exterior Home Improvement Program (EHIP) is an annual grant incentive that encourages the maintenance of existing housing within the North End neighbourhoods of William Whyte and North Point Douglas. The program supports exterior home repairs affecting utility costs, safety, and overall beautification of the neighbourhoods.

The North End Revitalization Incorporated (NERI) partners with the William Whyte Neighbourhood Association (WWNA) and the Point Douglas Resident’s Committee (PDRC) to ensure the goals and outcomes of the program continue to reflect and honour the voices of the community.

Thank you to the City of Winnipeg for their continued support and commitment to improving housing, safety, and beautification of the North End!
